Zakia's is a family owned and operated deli. In Lebanon, Zakia perfected her family's recipes while cooking for her husband and seven children. When they arrived to the United States, Zakia worked as a cook at a deli in Minneapolis for about 16 years. Her son was always there to help cook and run the deli. They opened their own deli in early 2007. Since then Zakia Deli has been successful in serving and sharing a variety of traditional Lebanese and American dishes.
