WEDNESDAY -Dave Basha, Lamb Shank served over Rice covered with zesty tomato sauce.
THURSDAY - Bazella and Rice, Cabbage Rolls, and hot deli side of Ranch Potatoes.
FRIDAY - Tilapia White Fish with Rice and Almonds, Loubieh and Rice, and hot side Ranch Potatoes.

LEMON-GARLIC CHICKEN PLATE - Boneless chicken thighs baked with lemon juice, garlic and seasoning.
FALAFEL PLATE - Falafel balls made of fried chickpeas with cilantro, garlic and spices served on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, red pickled cabbage and tahini sauce.
KAFTA MEATBALL PLATE - Meatballs made with beef, onions and parsley served with fresh tomatoes and sauteed onions.
